By registering for our training programs, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules communicated during the training.

2. Registration & Eligibility

• Enrollment is open to students, graduates, and professionals who meet the eligibility criteria for the specific course.
• You must provide accurate information during registration. Any false information may result in cancellation of enrollment.

3. Fees & Payments

• All training fees must be paid in full before the start of the program unless otherwise specified.
• Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances (including non-attendance, withdrawal, or discontinuation).
• 3NodeLab reserves the right to deny entry if payment obligations are not met.

4. Training Access & Attendance

• Access to training material and resources is limited to the registered participant only.
• Regular attendance and timely completion of assignments are expected. Lack of participation may affect certification or placement opportunities.

5. Certification

• Participants will be awarded a certificate of completion only if they meet the required attendance, assignments, and evaluation criteria.
• Certification does not guarantee job placement but enhances employability skills.

6. Placement Assistance

• Placement or Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) are subject to performance, skills, and eligibility as per the hiring company’s requirements.
• 3NodeLab does not guarantee employment but provides assistance through its network.

7. Intellectual Property

• All training content, materials, videos, and resources provided are the intellectual property of 3NodeLab.
• Participants are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or share any training material without prior written consent.

8. Code of Conduct

• Participants must maintain professional behavior during sessions.
• Any misconduct, disruptive behavior, or misuse of company resources may result in termination of enrollment without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

• 3NodeLab is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or disruptions beyond its control.
• We are not liable for participants’ job performance, career outcomes, or actions post-training.

10. Amendments

3NodeLab reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
